As Sydney’s north shore market continues to fire from a severe shortage of stock, agents are bringing auctions forward to accommodate massive levels of interest in the few properties for sale.
Such was the case for 22 Wunda Rd, Mosman. Michael Coombs and Jacqui Wansey, of Atlas by LJ Hooker Lower North Shore, brought this auction forward by a week.
And not only did it smash its guide of $5.8 million to $6.3 million, selling under the hammer for $7.35 million, it also shattered the street price record by $1.35 million.
