Wellington crash accused driver Jacob Donn hit with fresh charges

More charges have been laid against a man who allegedly hit and killed two young boys while doing burnouts.

Jacob Donn, 25, remains behind bars after the double fatal crash in Wellington, in the New South Wales Central West region, on January 5.
